   Very nice! Solar Powered too, what happens if there is no sun, can you not leave your house? That would suck!

   Thankyou for your comment. Solar charged batteries can power the opener many times a day. If it does fail,which it is guarantied not to fail. a spanner will disconect arm. Google automotion plus for solar powered gate openers.
